This event will be a highlight for cycling enthusiasts and families alike, as approximately 400 to 500 riders will converge on the high school grounds, ready to share their love of cycling and the open road.

What is PALM?
The PALM Bike Tour is a fantastic opportunity for cyclists of all ages and skill levels to explore the scenic beauty of Michigan. Starting near Lake Michigan, this week-long tour covers 30-60 miles per day, leading riders through picturesque landscapes, cultural landmarks, and historic sites. PALM is designed for novice and intermediate cyclists, perfect for family outings and leisurely rides. With optional longer routes for seasoned riders, including a challenging century ride, there’s something for everyone.

PALM at Mona Shores High School
On June 22, the tour participants will arrive at Mona Shores High School, where they will set up camp for the night. This stop is more than just a rest point; it’s a chance to meet fellow cycling enthusiasts, share stories, and enjoy a sense of community. The high school’s athletic fields will transform into a campsite, with nearby shower and toilet facilities to ensure everyone’s comfort. A pre-ride on Saturday takes the riders for a close to 17-mile pre-ride. On Sunday, June 23, the official 45-mile ride from Mona Shores High School to Newaygo High School.
