Plan to stay after the race and enjoy aerial displays\, airplane and helicopter rides\, a Kids Zone with face painting\, and many more family fun activities at the Muskegon CareAffaire. All proceeds benefit Wings of Mercy\, a wonderful local charity that helps thousands of folks in West Michigan.

DESCRIPTION:5K\, 10K and Recreation Race\nSaturday\, June 11\, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.\nRoss Park 82 Randall Rd\, Norton Shores\, Michigan 49441 \nJoin the Muskegon Lakeshore Paddle Club (MLPC) for the second annual Mona Lake Paddle Race. Ross Park in Norton Shores provides a picturesque backdrop for paddlers of all experience levels. With the entire course viewable from shore\, we’re excited to offer a fun\, family-friendly event for paddlers and spectators alike. \nThe 2022 Mona Lake Paddle Race will be held in Muskegon\, Michigan at Ross Park. The park and lake provide an interactive padding experience. Paddlers of all experience levels are encouraged to join in the fun! \nThe race is hosted by the Muskegon Lake Paddle Club with the net process to benefit The Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan\, Midwest Paddle League\, and USA SUP. \nCash prizes will be awarded to 5K and 10K race winners\, and we’ll be raffling a SUP to recreational racers. \nRace classes include:\nSUP (14’ and Under)\, Kayak\, Outrigger Canoe (OC)\, and Surfski.
