DESCRIPTION:Trick or Treat at City Hall!\n\nAll children 12 and under are invited to come and show off their Halloween Costumes between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. There will be Candy and Toys for all children present.\nPlease enter through the Police Department entrance.\n\nKids can then walk through the building\, stopping for candy at the:\n-Police Dept. window\n-Public Works/Water Dept. window\n-Fire Prevention & Building window\n-Finance window\n-City Administration & Clerk window\n\nThere will also be a quick stop in the large conference room where children will be able to pick out a new toy (Donated by the First Responders Children’s Foundation).
